*By Arizona law, schools must obtain and maintain current proof of Arizona residency. (A.R.S. 15-802 (B)). Students will not be admitted without proof of Arizona residency.
Examples: Most current utility bill, rental agreement, valid AZ driver's license, property tax bill, bank/credit card/mortgage documents.
*By Arizona law, the parent/guardian must produce proof establishing the student's identity and age. (A.R.S. 15-828).
Examples: Certified copy of birth certificate, (proof that the birth certificate has been ordered will be accepted temporarily.), Baptismal certificate, application for Social Security number, or original school records along with an affidavit explaining the inability to provide a copy of the birth certificate.
